Beautiful place! Amazing vibe! Breakfast is NOT that good, and they took the bar chairs from the bar (??) But we still love this place

Beautiful property! The rooms are spacious and clean. Very secure entrance and hospital staff. The pool was perfect temperature for night swimming and the restaurant was delicious!

We dined and and had a tour of the resort. Only 30 rooms - all modern, clean, comfy - some have outdoor firepits. All have relaxing view of vineyards and lovely restaurant. It’s off one of the unpaved roads. Staff was super nice.

Beware! Their reservation system is unreliable. We had a fully prepaid reservation. Five days later they sent me a Whats App message saying they were full and that I HAD TO CANCEL to get a refund. They use a website called GuruHotel for their reservations. At least the airlines offer you something when they bump you. We had to cancel the whole trip. Take your business elsewhere.

Good stuff first. The resort is beautiful and the staff (when they answer you (see below)) are great! Now the bad. When we walked into our room, there were several gnats/bugs. The room also smells like sewage. We tried calling the front desk multiple times, both on our cellphones and on the room phone, but no one answered. The worst thing is that they BLAST live music until 11p throughout the resort, but the rooms are not soundproof, not even a little. This is incredibly frustrating as we were not advised of this before booking.
